Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Please go to the WestBill Customer Service Page to look up your membership info. Please have your email, subscription number or credit card number handy. Follow the easy instructions to cancel. If you have trouble, you can contact us at any time.
Q: I lost my password! How do I get it again?
A: Please Contact Us to look up your password info. Please have your email, subscription number or credit card number handy. If you can't find it there, drop me an e-mail and I will reset your password. Tell me as much info as you can - what you think your ID and Password are if you have any idea.
Q: The site looks different! What the heck is going on here?
A: The site is undergoing a transformation in stages. Hopefully you will like it! I'm trying to make it a better value as well as easier to navigate and more pleasing to the eye. It will be broken down into more sections, and those sections will be more easily searchable by sub-categories of content. In the very near future the site will be searchable by model. Please bear with me while these changes are made.
Q: What happened to the VIP Area?
A: I decided that everybody that joins the site deserves the same level of access. Everybody now has access to ALL of the content on the site - the stuff that used to be in the VIP Area and the regular area. The site will still have 3 updates per week and everyone will be able to see them. The 3, 6 and 12 month prices have stayed the same and the monthly prices have been increased slightly.
Q: Something funky happened when I signed up and I wasn't able to choose an ID and Password. What do I do?
A: Just drop me an e-mail and include what you want your ID and Password to be and the e-mail address you used when you signed up. I'll take care of it for you. Click here to contact me.
Q: My ID and Password isn't working. Why?
A: Your ID and Password are case-sensitive. This is the most common reason why people have trouble entering the site. Be sure to enter them EXACTLY as they are listed on your e-mail confirmation you got when you signed up. The site is protected by ServerGuard against fraud and password hacking. If you have shared your password with anyone and they are using it, you WILL be blocked from the site. If you are getting a Serverguard Error, please contact me to get it worked out.
Q: How often is MyFriendsFeet.com updated?
A: There is a new photo posted almost everyday on the daily photo page. New videos & photosets of feet, socks and tickling are posted 3 times every week. Stories are updated frequently - usually every month. New Contributor Photos and Classified Ads are placed almost every day as well. There's always something new to see!
Q: I'm having trouble viewing the videoclips. What am I doing wrong?
A: The site works great with iPads. If you are having trouble viewing the Quicktime videos on an iPad just perform a reset on your device by holding down the 'Home' button and the 'Top' button until the iPad restarts. That usually does the trick. At this time our videos don't play on Android devices, but we do plan to update our videos in the future.
