Oh, it has been SO long since Cyrus has been in the tickle chair and in the stocks. I feel he might have forgotten what it was like to be in the chair so I figured I'd remind him. Cyrus gives out some giggles here and there when I tickle his upper body and I get a little more of a reaction when I get his inner thighs. But he audibly said "NO!" when I got down to his feet. Then I pulled out the electric toothbrushes!
