Casey sneaks into the asylum because he heard that Aspen was being held there. Aspen is known for his super ticklish feet and Casey couldn't wait to get his hands on his ticklish soles. Aspen certainly didn't disappoint. He was captive in stocks and a straight-jacket so his feet could be easily accessed. Aspen didn't want to even smile, but Casey was able to easily make Aspen go into ticklish hysterics just by stroking the poor prisoner's sensitive soles.
