Skeet is a co worker of Jack, a really cocky skater punk who is always giving Jack a hard time. Jack asked me if we was looking for any guys to tickle because he heard Skeet talking about how ticklish he was. Jack thought we could get Skeet in for a tickling session and really tickle the shit out of him to get him back for being such a pain in the ass.
