Phillip and Peyton are a couple of adorable brothers I've known for a while and they are always trying to outdo one another. And, like brothers will do, they like to tickle one another. So I thought I would have them do that for my site. Phillip was the victim, as he seems to be the most ticklish of the two. Phillip loved driving his brother crazy via some tickle torment!
