HOW I MET Muscular Ripley

We were scouting locations for an upcoming shoot at a park near my house. We saw a guy next to the playground who looked like he might be pretty hot. We could tell that he was wearing flip flops. As we got closer we could see that he was watching some girls play on the playground. He was a muscular, hot, daddy type of guy, just the kind of guy who usually doesn't show his feet in public much (it seems). We introduced myself and asked if We could take some photos and we explained that we like to take photos of barefoot people. He was cool with that and said that he has a friend who is really into women's feet. He said as long as we kept his daughter (who was playing on the playground) out of the shots he would pose for me. It was a very warm afternoon, and Ripley said, "My feet are sweaty is that OK'" We assured him that it was OK. He is a weightlifter and his feet are a little flat, but in pretty good shape for such a big guy. They are size 9's, he said. After we were finished we left him and his girl at the playground, but we told him we would call him if you guys wanted me to shoot him again. He laughed and said his wife would think this was a riot...
