Dio found out right away that you can't be spreading rumors when you hang out at MyFriendsFeet. We caught him in some lies and there was only way to deal with that. Tie him up and tickle torture his body and size 9 feet. Dio hates being tickled, so it was the perfect punishment for his misbehavior.
