Tripp's Socks
& Bare Feet

I met Tripp a few years ago when I was joining my gym. I haven't seen him in a while, and I ran across these photos of him the other day. It took me back to the summer day when I shot these photos. Tripp came over to my house and we were hanging out in the back yard. I started to take the photos and Tripp said, "Oh - I've got two different pairs of white socks on." I told him it made no difference to me. When it got down to his socks he was embarrassed because one of the socks was really ratty. I actually thought the sock was really hot - you could see his toes through the worn-out fabric. After he pulled both socks off he propped his feet up in the chair and curled those long toes of his.
