Randy's Boots, Socks & Feet...

I had to go out to the local college campus with my best friend's daughter to help her get her records transferred the other day. We walked by the student union where some contruction was going on - adding a new sandwich shop. There I saw Randy - or actually, Randy's work boots, then white socks, then legs, and then I looked up and saw the body that was attached to all that. Whew! He had jean shorts on and no shirt, and he was all sweaty. He was standing on a ladder putting ceiling panels up. I have business cards printed up for when I see a great looking guy I would like to model, and I screwed up my courage and walked up to him and asked him if he had ever done any modeling before. He looked down at me from the ladder and said that he hadn't. I gave him my card and asked him to call me if he was interested in having some photos taken. I thought I would never hear from him, but I did...

He called after a few days and asked to hear more about the modeling project. He told me he was a student at the college and he was working light construction during his summer semester off. I told him about the site, and he seemed a little hesitant. He said he was straight, after a pause of a few seconds. Would he have to get naked? he asked. I said no, just your feet would. We agreed to trade some face and portfolio shots in exchange for the shots I would take for the site.

He showed up at my studio two days later and seemed nervous - like I was going to pounce on his feet or something. I didn't, but I wanted to! He is 6 feet tall with gorgeous size 11 1/2 feet. Yum! I had asked him to bring his work boots and a pair of work socks that he had worn before, which he did. I even had him step on the camera as I took a photo of those socks. They were so close to my face I could smell them!

I could tell he was nervous, but I finally got him to loosen up when I told him to read out of one of my favorite books (by one of my favorite authors). I think he did great for his first time modeling! What do you think?
